Five-Point Program of Action

1) Assist in starting and continuing Prout study circles & mailing lists discussion groups
with possible newsletters, newspapers, publications output to deepen the understanding and knowledge of Prout and its application and relevance to current day to day issues as the basis for launching popular anti-exploitation  movements;

2) Assist in forming and conducting Maharlika leadership circles and self-transformation classes, seminars, retreats- to strengthen  adherance to personal moral and spiritual practices - a vital ingredient for God-centered renaissance moral leadership development which is critical to the successful implementation of PROUT;

3) Strengthen and continously improve its own and its membership organizational structure and membership down to the barangay levels and their financial transparency practices.

4) Assist in  supporting Flagship Social Service Projects
 in each self-reliant region especially in the following three areas:

      
a) Successful Master Barangay Unit (MBU) Integrated Models particularly in the neglected (least, last, lost)  rural areas- which will serve as nucleus, inspiration and training & integrated support centers for credit, marketing, technology, research and development and  practical laboratory models in farming, ecological waste management, cooperatives and spiritual cooperative community way of life for the surrounding barangays.
      b)  Sustainable Self-Reliant Cooperatives Models and its replication for 100% employment of local people.
      c)  Continuing Education & Training for All - Adult Education Peoples Day and Night Schools and childrens primary schools to strengthen the local culture, mindset, awareness and productivity of the locality.

5) Form strategic national and grassroots alliances and multi-sectoral partnerships with all sectors of society
( youth, women, students, intellectuals, professionals, farmers,  laborers) in self-reliant good governance advocacies, movements and sustainable development projects.
