Seven Programs for Local Self-Reliance

In order to build a just, benevolent, self-reliant and progressive Maharlika society, the
following seven points are the common goals and program of all its member organizations.

1. Providing 100% full and sustainable employment of the local people through creation of
sustainable self-reliant barangay based cooperative industries.

2. Creation of maximum industries based on locally available assets, raw materials and
natural resources, savings, human resources & consumption.

3. Non-exportation of local raw materials, human resources, and capital outside the
local areas to increase the local capital base of the area. Only finished processed
products should be exported to increase purchasing capacity of all.

4. Support of local products & services. Importation of outside products only when
no local products are available.

5. Promote local self-reliant culture and real consumer values, universal
moral-spiritual values and neo-humanistic education. Oppose pseudo-cultures
and values.

6. Promote the use local languages, songs, and symbols as the medium
of instruction and the primary means of communication in the local government
units & schools.

7. To change the colonial name of the Philippines back to Maharlika and promote
a new prosperous self-reliant moral culture and mindset that is maka-Diyos,
maka-bayan, and maka-tao and launch local movements as per the specific
demands of the local area.
