The Real Value of Human Being

Baba explained the word rank or mark which he was trying to explain to Dada.
He said supposed you found a gold
coin. In this gold coin there is a mark or rank that determines
the vaulue of the coin, say, 100 pesos, 1,000 pesos, etc. However, if you
will bring the gold coin to a gold smith, the gold smith will determine the
value of the coin not according to its mark but according to how much gold is
contained in that coin. Even if you say that oh this coin I found under the
earth and it bore the image of a king, still the gold smith will determine
the value of the coin according to how much gold is contained in it.

Baba paused for a while allowing us to absorb the significance of what he
was meaning. Suddenly Baba's vibes changed from lightness to greater
intensity. Baba looked us directly from left to right with His right
forefinger pointed to us and said, your value, the real vaule of human being
is not determine by your rank, by your position, by your knowledge, by your
education, by your wealth. The real value of human being, your value, is
determine by how much love you have for Paramapursa (God), by how much love you
have for humanity. Go on increasing your gold deposit (Baba pointing His
finger to His heart) through your sadhana, service and sacrifice.

The vibration was so intense. I felt like the strongest being in the
universe. I'm sure the other Dadas must have felt the same. There was
complete silence but with unshakable energy I felt inside ready to
explode... Then Baba broke the silence with one of His sweetest smile and
again all of us felt relax and blissful.
