PROUT is a socio-economic theory and philosophy, while SAMAJ is the strategic approach on how to apply PROUT's neo-humanist socio-economic system -- in a subtle, practical, scientific, and progressive manner adjusting to time, place and person.
SAMAJ (or Society Building) is the practical application of PROUT. It is a socio-economic-cultural movement based on anti-exploitation sentiment with a universal outlook but regional & local in application.
SAMAJAS that are based on PROUT fundamental principles --- are called to fight against those disastrous philosophies propagated by the capitalist and communist believers.
