The TPMI together with the GMSYO in cooperation with the Commission on Elections of both Laoag City and Ilocos Norte launched its one week mobile electoral education campaign during the May 2004 elections. From May 3-9, the TPMI with GMSYO conducted lectures on electoral awareness in Metro La Paz and Metro Gabu. The activities included speaking engagements in numerous political organizations, study circles among student and youth leaders, media interviews, and a mobile voters' education and electoral awareness campaign in voters-rich barangays of Laoag City, Vintar, Sarrat, and San Nicolas.
